1. Can you please tell us a little bit about yourself and your Blog?

We are not digital nomads, we live in our own homes, work full-time and travel almost every other weekend in search of unexplored places. We like our full-time desk jobs in our own country because it gives us the opportunity to stay close to family and have the time-offs needed to spend quality time with people we care for and to travel far and wide.

Backpack & Explore is a blog about travel stories of common people like us with full-time jobs who love to explore the world, while having a job and a family. Stories about first-hand experiences to inspire people to get on the road and to make them believe that it is possible to make your travel dreams a reality

2. What did you do before Blogging? What inspired you to start blogging?

Before blogging I worked towards making money in the field of analytics. I still work full-time at one of the best companies in the world, but my passion is no longer to just work and earn money.

I started blogging after my first vacation to Europe and discovered a new world. I discovered that there's something I'm really good at and I love to do. There are so many stories that I want to tell people. I want to show people that it is possible to explore the world even with job and family. That you don't need to sell your stuff and forsake your life to travel. That you don't need to forsake your passion and sit at desk and do household chores all the time to work.

Travel is great for your work, your mind and your family, and you don't need unlimited time or money to do it. And I believe in sharing honest reviews and information for free. So I write detailed itineraries and practical tips curated for working professionals with limited time to explore cities, no fringe costs at all.

3. As a blogger, what are the challenges you face? How you overcome it?

The biggest challenge for me is time. I struggle with time management. Juggling the role of a full-time analyst in one the world's most valuable companies, a homemaker and a blogger. Blogging itself is a full-time job with writing, training's, social media, building networks, web design and so many functions. It naturally gets overwhelming at times.

4. What would you consider to be your biggest achievement in your journey so far as a Blogger?

The fact that I did not give up! It's easy to give up given the amount of workload I have and the fact that I really do not need an extra income beyond what my full-time job gives me. When someone I never met mail me saying that they saved my link to plan their upcoming Europe trip, or that while reading my blog they felt that they were taking the journey with us, I feel I have really achieved something.

5. Have you worked/collaborate with brands? If yes, name few brands you worked with

I am an Amazon associate and have affiliate partner with Booking.com and Get your guide. I have worked with Photojaanic, a digital photo creative service.

6. What is your primary income source?

For my blog it is sponsorship

7. Top 3 Blogging tools that you would recommend to your readers?

1. Google Search console
2. Google Analytics
3. Canva

8. One piece of advice that you would like to share with all new bloggers?

Believe in yourself, create your own voice and write for your readers first.

9. Finally, what are your thoughts about IndiBlogHub?

IndiBlogHub is an amazing site to connect with bloggers and brands. I love that it is transparent and it goes that extra mile to fetch the social reach , DA,PA of all bloggers. It saves a lot of my time that way. I would like to see more brands on board looking for real long term partnership with bloggers.
